Bluray screencaps from The Silencing are up as promised 🙂
I’ve added a video clip of Zahn’s two scenes 🙂
Zahn had a bit part in Togo (2019), a movie about the hero lead sled dog Togo and his owner Seppala of the Great Race of Mercy that took place in 1925 to deliver a life saving serum in response to a diphtheria pandemic in Nome, Alaska. Zahn plays the host of one of the way stations, and has about 1,5 minutes of screentime.
I liked the film very much, and there are many absolutely gorgeous vistas shots in the first half of the film that I loved so much. The film is just shot beautifully in general and well worth seeing just for the cinematography IMHO 🙂
I enjoyed this little thriller 🙂 Zahn did a good job playing a supporting character named Karl Blackhawk, the current boyfriend/husband of the main male character’s ex-wife. He’s also a cop and involved in solving the crimes, so he’s got a nice amount of screentime. I’ve added screencaps to the gallery 🙂 They’re not the greatest, I hope to get the Bluray on a later date so I can re-cap in better quality.
“Zahn McClarnon (who shined in one of my favorite shows, Longmire) makes an impact with a limited role, as one of Gustafson’s deputies.”
No other mention of Zahn, but a rather nice review of the movie and bluray by cinelinx.
Nikolaj Coster-Waldau walks the woods in search of a killer in The Silencing – here’s our review of the Blu-ray!
A reclusive former hunter (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) teams up with the local sheriff (Annabelle Wallis) to find an elusive killer stalking his victims in the local woods. Also stars Hero Fiennes Tiffin and Zahn McClarnon. Directed by Robin Pront.
The Silencing is a solid crime thriller highlighted by excellent performances from Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Annabelle Wallis. This modestly-budgeted whodunnit is a surprisingly riveting mystery with a unique identity.
